Urgent Vacancy: Client Engagement Manager

Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Client Engagement Manager with a strong aviation background to join our team immediately. You’ll drive client relationships, oversee VIP charter operations, and ensure seamless service delivery for high-net-worth  UK, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, ensuring exceptional service for charter and consultancy needs.
   
• Coordinate on-demand charters, maintenance facilitation, and spares procurement with precision.
   
• Leverage regulatory knowledge to ensure compliance with CAA, EASA, GACA, and FAA standards.
   
• Collaborate with our Birmingham and upcoming Dubai teams to deliver tailored aviation solutions.
   

Qualifications:

• Extensive aviation experience, preferably in a managerial role in Operations & Dispatch.
   
• FAA Dispatch Certificate and dispatch background would be a strong advantage.
   
• Proven expertise in client relationship management and VIP logistics.
   
• Auditing experience is highly desirable.
   
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations (CAA, EASA, GACA, FAA preferred).
   
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
   
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SMS) are a plus.
   

Compensation:

 £192,000 per annum plus a comprehensive performance-based incentive package. There is no upper limit for the right candidate with exceptional qualifications and experience. Relocation support will be provided for candidates relocating from outside the UK.
